Sister Carlini: October 15th!

Hello Everyone! :)

This week has been a great one!! :) We've been really busy and have had some great lessons this week with members! :) (I seriously LOVE our ward!! They are so great! :) )

We had a new missionary and trainer meeting this week and it was sO good! :) I love going to those things!! :) We have exciting things coming up (amongst all the exciting missionary work and lessons!! :) ) !! We have Sistesr Conference tomorrow !! (sO excited for that!! :) ) A 'mission tour' next month (Elder Bowen -who did the "Reclaimed" Mormon message that I lOVE and he also spoke this past conference, is COMING to our MISSION!! :) He "tours" our mission and will speak to us at a conference during that!! :) I'M SO EXCITED!! :) We also have Temple Conference coming up too!! :) (Either in Nov. or Dec.) Being a missionary is just so fun and exciting every day!! :) Because the CHURCH IS TRUE!!! :)

Also, everyone was SOOOO sweet about my birthday!! :) It's so crazy to have a birthday on a mission! :) I would remember randomly and then kept forgetting it was my birthday! :) hah Everyone was sO sweet though and remembered! The Elders (different ones) sang to me 4 different times! :) A member made us brownies with candles at our dinner appointment that night! :) One of the Sisters in our ward took us out for lunch! (at a Mediteranean place! it was cool! :) ) Sister Main decorated our apartment for my birthday and wrote me a super sweet card! and one of our Investigators (Janet) got me a present!! :) HOW SWEET IS EVERYONE??!! Goodness gracious I feel sO loved and blessed!! :) Heavenly Father TRULY looks out for and blesses His missionaries (and EACH ONE of us) no matter where we are!! :) I am sO grateful!! It was a great day!! :) And thank you sOOO much for all the super fun and creative birthday cards y'all sent me!! :) I LOVED THEM!!! :) SO SO SWEET!! :) Thank you for making my birthday so great!! :)

We also were able to have a great lesson AT THE TEMPLE!!! :) With James!! :) It was SO great!! :) I LOVE going to the TEMPLE!!!! :) I LOVE being able to have lessons there too!! :) It is SO peaceful and Spirit-filled and amazing! :) THE CHURCH IS TRUE!! :) James LOVED it! :) And is still exciting and getting ready for his baptism!! :) Please continue to keep him in your prayers! :) He's great!! Thank you! :) Actually speaking of James, he had a REALLY cool experience that he shared with us!! :) So he has a hearing aid and when he takes it off he can't hear ANYTHING! He told us this past weekend (right before conference) that he was sitting in his chair at home and had taken his hearing aid out when he heard a voice say, "IT'S THE TRUTH!" :) He was stunned!! He had been praying to know that the Book of Mormon is true. :) So when he told us this story, we were SO excited!! :) It's amazing how the Lord answers each of our prayers!! :) So individual. at the perfect time. and in the perfect way that He KNOWS will help us the most! :) And in a way He knows we will recognize it! :)

I'm SOOO grateful for a loving Heavenly Father who has BLESSED us with this TRUE and RESTORED Gospel of Jesus Christ!! :) It is true!! :) I agree with all the incredible things said at conference!! :) listen, remember and apply!! :) i love you!! :)
