Line upon line...hail upon hail. Tender Mercy!! :) {June 4th}

Hello Everyone!! :)

Wow!! What a crazy and amazing week!! :) First of all!! Did you hear about the crazy storm that hit here?! Because there was definitely one!! ha Last week we were clear down by 17th street (and we live clear up by 120th St.) and we had dinner at a member's house. Afterwards we went and found this amazing person in our ward that hasn't been to church for about 15 years! :( She was great and we were able to talk with her and get to know her better and it was a complete miracle that she let us in!! ha Heavenly Father is amazing :) After that we started driving back up towards home (ps. it was a BEAUTIFUL day!) when all of a sudden it started raining! HUGE drops of rain!! We were like whoa! That is big rain! hah and thennnnn the HAIL hit!! yikes!! We kept hearing 'thump' after 'thump' on our car as we were trying to find cover! And i thought hmmm we should look at our phone to see if anyone texted us while we were in appointments etc. and they had!! the Zone Leaders were telling us we needed to find shelter NOW!! because a HUGE hail storm was coming!! (we were def. in it! ha) so we were slightly freaking out because we were so far away from home! and we didn't know where to go!!? ha it was crazy!! So we kept driving and were sad for our poor car, Maxwell, (he's named after Elder Neal A. Maxwell because Sis. Buckley and I both love him!! hah) who was getting all dented up from the hail! :S We finally came up to an overpass and tried to get cover with ALL the TONS of cars huddled up under the bridge doing the same thing! but we knew that wasn't a very safe place for us to be if a tornado came! So we eventually got out from under the bridge and came across a Mall so we decided to go there for safety (they have storm shelters in the mall- brilliant! ha) so we went there until the storm passed! It was so intense!! and NOT very fuN! hah i took some video of it that i'll have to show you next year after my mission! :) hah but it was crazy! Cool thing though- Heavenly Father blessed us with a new potential investigator while we were in the mall! :) We met this lady by the storm shelter who we were able to talk to a little bit and give a Book of Mormon to :) So we are going over to visit her this week! :) Tender Mercy :) And HUGE Tender mercy that we were kept safe through the storm and no tornados came our way! Thank goodness!! :) I am VERY gratefuL!! :) So yes, that was the 'excitement' of the week! ha Ohhhh Oklahoma.. :) ha
OH!! also we found out the next day that the member's house we had dinner at BEFORE the storm hit (that we almost went back to for safety since we were far away from home) got Struck by lightening!!! and caught on fire!! Sad/crazy huH?! They are okay thought! and oh my goodness I am so grateful we didn't go back! Heavenly Father is DEFINITELY watching over us!! :) and is SOOO mindful of EACH one of us!! :)
Well I'm kind of running out of time to email (i have less time on the comps. in The Village) ButtHeavenly Father has blessed us with TONS of miracles!!! We have over 130 less-active we are trying to find and visit! and it is a lot of work and organizing but GREAT!! THe Lord has blessed us with tons of Investigators and potentials along the way!! it's AMAZING!!! Sis. Buckley and I are in awe each day when we realize how much He blesses us with EACh day!!! it's Incredible!!! :)
