Hello Everyone!! :)
I hope you are all doing AMAZINGLY!! :) i love and miss everyone sOOO much!!! :) Well, i'm doin GREAT here!! still lovin' the MTC!! I'm so sad to leave next week!! oh! which reminds me! i leave for OKC next tues. (Jan.17th!) woo hoO!! It's a bitter sweet thing! ha i'm sad to leave all my fun friends and the amazing spirit and fun time i have here BUT i'm also wAy excited to go out and do the work!! (and a little scared too.. :) ) ha but i know with the Lord I (and you) can do ALL things!! :) It's amazing the growth and learning that takes place here! I learn sOOO much EVERY day!! it's crazy! i love it! Well like the title says.. "the Tender Mercies keep comin.." is TRUE!! I still see tender mercies from the Lord DAILY! and i love it and i'm sO gratefuL! :) The Lord loves each one of yOU!! :) I encourage everyone to look for those tender mercies and 'small/big miracles' in your life daily! cuz it's amazing when you do!! I also got a "Tender Mercy Journal"! So i could have a place where i write them all down, so that will be fuN! :) Anyways this past week has been a great one! Sister Ewell and I recieved 3 more investigators and that has been really great getting to know them and teaching them! they are all awesome! Let's see.. gym is sUPER fun! i love it everyday! ha i play volleyball with a bunch of fun Elders so i'm really goin to miss being able to do that! ha but it's all good, it's been fuN! They keep trying to teach me how to spike it so ya know hopefully i'll become pro by the time i come home! ;) hahjk! Anyways, this past Sunday, the Sister in my Zone and I did a musical number in Sacrament meeting and sang "Come Follow Me!" It was fun :) Next highlight of the week, a film crew from FRANCE came to video our classroom!! haha so i might be famous in french news.. pretty exciting! :) ha but they are doin a documentary thing on Mormonism and they have been filming my teacher (bro. Strong's) family and so since he works at the MTC they came and filmed part of our class so that was pretty crazy and fuN! :) ha Next, ELDER RUSSELL M. NELSON came and spoke at our Devotional last night!! Woo hOO! tender mercy!!! i only got to be here for 2 Devotionals and i'm sO grateful i could be here for when an apostle came!! way exciting! :) Another cool thing we did yesterday was go to a workshop and in it the teacher had us write a letter to ourselves that we can open in 6 months on our mission! That was a cool experience and i'm excited to open it then and see if i've reached the goals i've set and become closer to person/missionary i want to become! :) Also, on a funny note, Sister Ewell and i wrote a "P-Day song!!" haha it goes to the tune of "There is Sunshine in my Soul Today!" :) hah pretty great! we sing it every p-day now! ALSO, P-Day is SOOO fuN!! i lOVE it! I'm way excited it's today!! We are goin to go do laundry after this and write letters and stuff and later go to the Temple!!! yay!!! i LOVE that temple!! it's the best!! Well, I'm runnin out of time to email but i hope everyone is doin GREAT!! THank you SOOO much everyone who has written me! it seriously MAKES my DAY when i get maiL!! Now i know what all the missionaries are talkin about when they say that! :) ha I love you all and hope you have a great week!! Know that the Lord loves you and that you care capable of doin ALL things!!! You are each AMAZING and the Lord will bless you as you strive to live righteously, pray, and read the Book of Mormon daily!! You will feel His love and Spirit as you do so!
