I Believe in Christ :)

Hello Everyone!! :)

Holy moly!! This week has been an AMAZING one!!!! :D :D :D I LOVE SISTER PFISTER!!!! (the 'P' is silent) :D and I LOVE TRAINING!!!! :D Wow!!! What a blessing!!!! :D :D :D THank you SOOOOO much for ALLL of your prayers!!!! :D They have been answered!!!! I am soooooo grateful!!!! :D THANK YOU!!!! :D THANK YOU!!!!!! :D Okay so first.. the day BEFORE Transfers (tues.)Sister Buckley and I had an INCREDIBLE experience!! :) It all started with a phone call we had (on Sunday) with a lady who was trying to find missionaries to teach her!! She grew up in California and her best friend was "mormon" so she knew A LOT about our Church and has been going to church by herself and really wanted a Book of Mormon but couldn't wait anymore for one so she FOUND our church building and asked someone to get on for her so she could read it! :) .. What had happened previously was we recieved this 'media referal' FOR her FROM her (she referred HERSELF online!!! this lady is incredible..!! ha) and we couldn't find her house and there was NO phone number!! :( someone told us that the person living there (where we thought her house was) wasn't living there anymore.. so we were sUper bummed and confused because she had referred us to her just a few days before that. So we sadly moved on and THEN this past week we got a paper from our Ward Mission Leader with HER info on it!! including her phone number!! She had come to our church that day (we didn't even know) and went to the library to try and find someone to help her so missionaries could come teach her!! (amazing right?!) So we were wAy excited and called her!!!! :) We set up a time to visit her and taught her on tuesday!! And she is SOOOOO incredible!!!! Her name is Stephanie and WOW!!!! I cannot believe HOW prepared she is!! :) She has 2 little kids and one that is old enough to be baptized (9)!! :) We met with her and she was asking all these great and detailed questions about .. 'can her kids be sealed to her? ..she wants to do family home evening but doesn't know how.. do i need to be reading the Bible and Book of Mormon? .. what things should I be doing to help me and my family??'.. etc. etc.!!!! So we answered her questions and told her the plan of the days that we would come and teach her and all that we would teach her! :) We (of course) invited her to be baptized on July 28th! and she said, "I can be baptized that soon??!" :D ... and asked "Can my daughter be baptized the same day as me too?!" :D :D Which of course we responded "yes" to both questions!! :) So as you can imagine.. Sister Buckley and I walked out of there floored!!!!!!!!! I think it would be safe to say we were 'exceedingly astonished!!!!!" :D :D :D ha seriously!!!! Woww!!!!! So we are SUPER grateful she did not give up trying to contact us!! We are going to go teach her again tomorrow!! :)

Next amazing event of the week was TRANSFERS!!!!! :D :D (which was on the 4th of July!) woo hoo!!! What a CRRRRAAAAZZZYYY busy and super FUN day!! :D :D :D We (Sis. Ewell, Buckley, and Ellingson) all drove to transfers together! and when we got to the church i started to feel sUper nervous!! ha They had the trainers all meet together while Pres. Taylor was talking to the new missionaries in the Chapel :) We discussed some concerns and good ideas and thoughts on how to best train a new missionary etc. it was great!! :) THEN we went into the Chapel where Pres. Taylor announced who was companions with who! And that is when i met SISTER PFISTER!!! :D and she. is. INCREDIBLE!!!! :D :D :D WoW!!! i feel SUPER BLESSED to have her as my companion!!! :D It is SOOO Much fun to be companions with her and train her!! (even though she doesn't even need to be trained! ha she's like 'pre-trained!!') she appreciates all the things i tell/teach her that I have learned on my mission and wish I would've known/done sooner! etc.!! It is sO great!! :) We have SOOO much fun together and she has the GREATEST testimony and LOVE for the people we teach (already!!) She has the strongest desire to be the best she can be and is SO excited to serve a mission and serve the Lord and His children!! :) It's sO AMAZING!! :D and very Inspiring!! :) So yes, I feel sUPER blessed!! :) Thank you SOOOO Much for ALL your prayers!!!! love and support!! :D You're AMAZING!!! :D :D :D
So after talking to all the missionaires and loading up her bike and luggage we all went to lunch together as a district! Then we drove to our area, The Village, and got her all settled in! :) THEN (because it was the 4th of July) all the missionaries had permission to go to the Fireworks if invited by a member or investigator! :) So we got to go to a BBQ with a bunch of members and then to a Firework show that night!! :) it was a BLAST!!! and we were definitley SUPER tired by the end of the day!! :D haha but a good tired!! :) it was so fuN! and a great "WELCOME TO OKLAHOMA!!" to Sister Pfister!! :)

All the days since then have been super fun and great! :) Having Sister Pfister meet and teach some of the people we teach!! And to study and plan and train together! :) It's a fun time! :) She's great! :) She got to meet amazing Tatiana and Myrianna!! :) and they loved her! :) and she loves them! :) oh! and last night we had a pretty intense and good lesson with one of our investigators!! :) ..It's crazy how you can feel Satan trying to stop people from knowing MORE and having the FULNESS of the gospel!! Satan is JUST FINE with letting people be 'good Christians' as long as they don't accept and have the FULL TRUTH!! If he can get a little lie (like, "you don't need the Book of Mormon, the Bible is enough..") amongst a bunch of truth, he will!! And that is what we could see happening with our investigator last night! She is AMAZING and would be such an incredible and STRONG member of the Church!! :) Once she sincerely prays about the Book of Mormon (which we invited he to do) and discovers for herself that the Book of Mormon IS TRUE and IS NECESSARY!!! :D whew!!! It will be incredible!! :D Keep her in your prayers :) Her name is Sue! and her husband is Tony! :)

Well i think that's about all I was planning on sharing with y'all! :) It really was an INCREDIBLE week and I am EXCEEDINGLY gratefuL!! :) I hope you ALL know that I KNOW the CHURCH IS TRUE!!! :D I KNOW the Book of Mormon IS TRUE and is ESSENTIAL!! :D The Bible AND Book of Mormon together is the only way we can come to know the full Plan of Salvation and ALL that is asked of us and ALL that we can and WILL be blessed with in return as we follow the FULL Gospel and Doctrine of Christ!! :) The gospel and Church are Incredible!! :D I love it sOOO much!!! I LOVE my Savior Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father, and without them I would be NOTHING!! BUT WITH THEM I can do ALL things!!!!!! :D :D :D what hope!! What a blessing!!! What TRUTH!!!! :D The gospel is TRUE!!! The Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter-day Saints is the ONE and ONLY TRUE Church with the FULNESS of Christ's gospel!!!! :D WHat a glorious blessing to be a part of the TRUE Church!! To have the FULNESS of the RESTORED gospel of Jesus Christ!! And to have the amazing opportunity to SHARE the FULL TRUTH (and JOY it brings to us) to ALL those around us!!!! :D Let your LIGHT SHINE!!! :D Don't be afraid!! THe LORD IS ON YOUR SIDE!!! :D He will NOT fail you!!!! He is ALWAYS right by your SIDE!!! :) ESPECIALLY as we strive to help HIM in this great and marvellous work!!! Shall we not go forth in so great a cause?? We SHALL!! :D i love the gospel!! it is sOOO true!!! :D i lOVE YOU!!!! :D You are AMAZING!!!! :D Never forget all you KNOW to be TRUE!!! :D Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ LOVE YOU!!! They want YOU to be happy and successful in life NOW AND in the ETERNITIES!! :D Christ is THE WAY!!! :D He is the Only WAY!! :) I testify that this is True!! :) In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!!! :)
